When we're under the weather, the first thing that often comes to mind is: "What can I take to feel better?" We start thinking about supplements, special foods, or quick fixes. But have you ever stopped to ask, "How can I get rid of what's making me sick in the first place?"

Just on an early sidenote: Western medicine likes to label each ailment as a separate disease, complicating what is essentially a simple issue. When you understand how the body functions, you'll see that it's impossible for anyone to have more than one disease at a time. Various symptoms? Yes. Multiple diseases? Not really.

By dissecting the body into parts and prescribing a diagnosis for each, complicates the true essence of health. Remember your body isn’t just an assortment of parts; it a single interconnected system.

The remedy for an interconnected system is to cleanse your body, focusing more on getting rid of waste rather than bringing more things in. Absolutely, certain herbs and remedies can help, but never underestimate the simple truth that if your body is stuck in a toxic swamp, no isolated ingredient is going to fix it. It’s going to take the systems.

Whether it's a chronic issue like Eczema or Fibromyalgia, or something as simple as a cold, there are limited ways our cells and tissues can get damaged:

  1. 1. Genetic Weakness
  2. 2. Toxic Overload (Acidosis/Toxemia)

So what are the practical steps we can take? The starting point is grasping that health issues can be traced back to two main factors:

  • 1. Poor diet and environment
  • 2. Inefficient waste elimination

The above may be only 2 sentences but their content is huge and I can’t place all the steps here. But baseline is to:

1. Replace or remove as many products that are around you, go on you and in you. There are easy and non expensive choices out there, you just have to choose them.
2. Practice daily elimination strategies. Incorporate nasal breathing, dry brushing, shaking, movement, rebounding, drink structured water, see attached lymph guide and video.  Add herbs and spices. Just a closing reminder….to improve your situation, yes you MUST improve what you’re taking in and what your body is exposed to, but it is also about improving your ability to remove your “pre” that came before this present point.

So next time you feel unwell, or if you’re dealing with chronic issues, let your first thought be about how to eliminate waste from your body. Because, ultimately that’s how you heal and attain true, lasting health.
