If you're reading this, chances are the title intrigued you. It may sound morbid— who wants to keep a disease right? But stay with me. The point is to highlight an overlooked reality:  disease isn't passive; it's mostly developed— consciously or not.

You don't "catch" disease like a ball or find it at the bottom of your birthday cake as you age. No magic deficiency pill makes you sick. It's the opposite. Disease mostly starts with dis-ease. (I don’t discount contracted illness through specific incidents like malaria etc etc, this is lifestyle related).

Most health issues result from excess. Daily overindulgence cripples us. These habits on repeat burden the body, and it's not just through food and drink.

Ever wonder where the synthetic body cream you apply daily goes? It's not moisturizing; it's clogging your cells!

Spritzing perfume daily on your neck? Those chemicals impact your thyroid, and then you blame the thyroid!

What about daily hairspray or deodorant inhalation? Or roll-on under your permeable armpits? These products are chemicals you absorb, burdening your systems.

Waking up sore? Thats your lymphatic system struggling to remove waste and toxins.

Ever wonder why possibly you have mental struggle, anxiety with heart palpitations? Isn’t it empowering to consider that it could be something changeable in your environment and not something “wrong” with your brain?

These loads don't magically disappear once on/in you. Your body has to process and expel EVERY-SINGLE-THING and it will do so even to the end of compensation. Then it gives us symptoms asking us to help and change direction.

If you want to maintain your disease, please ignore your body's signals. But know this: Your body will continue to fight back. Health is your body's default setting! How encouraging!

And thankfully, misguided choices can be unmade daily.

What’s the pathway to change? Simpler than you think—stop the excess on your body!!

Align your choices with its innate ability to heal. Learn natural well-being laws: breathe properly, hydrate wisely, eat nutritiously, move for freedom, and rest when needed. Assess your environment and make swaps!

Then!! The number one key pathway is your thinking. "As a man thinks, so is he."

Change your mindset toward better choices. This isn't about the occasionals; the body can handle those. It's the everyday that needs a new mindset. It’s the “health is boring and limiting” needing a new mindset. It’s a hope mindset that’s it is good FOR you. You can’t get well if you don’t think well. (Don’t think you don’t need to address excess if you’re still young either).

If you are trying to change the situation without changing the belief surrounding them you won’t see transformation.

Disease isn't an act of God; it's about choice and responsibility.

If you need help assessing where you can make changes, please reach out! This message is not to condemn but to lead you to say “I can help myself!!!”

**I know this seems harsh when there’s such suffering, especially when children are involved. The reality is, a child's health can be influenced even before birth by the environment and choices of the parents. It's a hard truth, but it makes taking responsibility for our health all the more crucial!
