SPIRIT

Jesus Christ died, shed His blood so that we can have the treasure of the Holy Spirit in us - leading us & guiding us closer to God the Father.

God has been portrayed as an angry, unloving God, who punishes, causes disaster, disease and is unapproachable.  It is hard for us to come to a God like that!

But the reality is that He isn't!! A parent doesn't cause harm to teach a child a lesson, and then say "I love you so I caused you harm to teach you".  God NEVER creates tragedy or disease to teach us something. So many live with no regard for God and the spiritual side of their life, until something goes wrong and then they blame God.

If we had to know HOW and WHY God created us, we'd realise that we are SO deeply loved.  He created us for relationship. He loves us so much! We reject Him.

Every human being has the same purpose - to know God and be known by God.

The reality is that God made each to their kind.  So for example, fish to fish and they belong in water.  You can't take fish out of their environment of water and expect them to live, or to pair with a lion. As with us, we are the only beings created for Him.  We are a spirit and we connect yes with other human spirits, but our ENVIRONMENT is His presence. We innately belong to Him and when we are removed from His Presence we can't live without death.

On the flip side, if that is our purpose, we then have a spirit trying to rob us of that relationship with God.  So being fearful, or angry is actually a spirit of fear, or spirit of anger. It separates us.

HE created the world and us to work within a certain framework or a set of systems or laws. For example - the law of gravity.  We can't buck that system.  If you are going to jump from a ledge, you are going to fall - it's the law of gravity!  We accept that, but then when we get injured, we can't actually blame God and call Him unloving because He didn't change the law of gravity to prevent us from getting injured.  When we see God like that, we ourselves put the distance between God and ourselves - it's not God being distant from us. We have to see our spiritual being like we see the world and the body we live in.  They are made by systems, processes, laws for our safety and for our betterment, not for our harm.

When we don't address our spiritual standing, we automatically put a health load on our bodies.  We put EMNITY which is a weight and puts us out of whack on our physical system.  The body doesn't work without the mental, emotional, and spiritual component MOVING it.

The Bible says it's God's Goodness that leads us to repentance, which is change. God is GOOD and He LOVES you!
