Welcome to Infinity Moves, a program I’ve created where your personal training experience is uniquely created by starting where you are to safely get you to where you would like to go. I focus on the essential link between neurological health and physical strength, building from there to create your personalised health plan. Health is your body's ability to respond to any season and achieve any goal. This approach equips you with the knowledge, capability, and ENJOYMENT of choosing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.


Neurological Foundation & Strength Building: 

Your training starts with a focus on neurological health, creating a safe foundation to enable mind-body connection. As you progress, we introduce strength-building routines, designed to activate muscle fibres in a way that’s mindful of autoimmune and adrenal sensitivities. Expect a balanced mix of Calisthenics, Resistance strength, HIIT, Nerve-Somatic, Breathe, and balance sessions for a varied yet safe workout experience.

Building Strength Step by Step:

I focus on building your strength and endurance session by session. This way, your body gets stronger at a pace that's right for you, ensuring long-term and sustainable fitness gains.

This program isn't your typical in person or online training setup. My purpose is to offer a space that is varied in choice and never boring - It's not generic.

The whole point is that we are all pre-disposed to something, and so we all need to “pre-pare” and not wait for something to go wrong before we do something about it. The foundations I share will lay that foundation.

It's about using your time, effort, and money wisely with effective strategies for real change. I'm here to guide you through enjoyable and transformative workouts, making sure you see and feel progress every step of the way.
